We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. If for whatever reason, the order is cancelled, either by us or by our customer, the customer is entitled to receive refund of undelivered product / services on pro-rata basis.
In case the order is cancelled by the customer, the discounts (yearly, etc.) for subscription of our publication / services will not be applicable and the refund will be calculated based on the original price (face value) of subscription, while calculating the pro-rata refund.
Refund will be issued in the name as advised by the customers through account payee cheque.
