Our business is built on our credibility, we reserve the right to defend the same with all the resources and reme- dies available to us. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me, for any further clarifications. TL furtherQs toNxtGen 1. What is the value of the POs that you have got directly in your name but are hosted-on / served-fromBSNL's IDCs. 2. You had provided NMS tool to BSNL Mumbai. But it did not work. BSNL CO has been insisting / reminding you to provide NMS tool to BSNL Mumbai which is useful for identifying customers hosted on IDCs. Despite reminders you have not provided it. 3. In your trailing response, you are silent on undisclosed / unbilled customers. Would you like to say something about it? 4. We have evidence to show that in case of CDSL, NxtGen had been claiming that customers including CDSL were reluctant to place order on BSNL, but when BSNL interacted with CDSL, they said they were not told by NxtGen that the IDC belonged to BSNL. During renewal in 2025, they have promised to place order on BSNL. NxtGen's further response to TL You have been mis-informed by people with malicious intent, it would have been appropriate if the conversation is transparent. BSNL always communicates to us in writing, we always respond to in writing. Please do not generalise stating BSNL, you are actually referring to specific people. Since you have this information, I am sure you have our responses to any such issues, that you are referring to. Could you please confirm that the specific information and proofs h a v e b e e n p r o c u r e d w i t h authorisation from BSNL? I will confirm the same with BSNL and against their approval will provide all the specific information you require, we will be 100% transpar- ent. We will also confirm the same at our end. Ravi Could you please write to BSNL if we are required to provide information is being requested? Failing which we will be branded as “fraudulent organisation” by TelecomLive. Also please confirm that the information below is provided by authorised person and why it is required to be sent to TelecomLive, instead of estab- lished channels for investigating frauds inGovt organisations. Ravi Rajgopal The same has been reproduced below: Thank you for reaching out to us to verify the facts before publishing, our response is as follows: 1. There is no Tender Viola- tion. The tender does not restrict us from doing business in our name. We operate datacentres other than what we do as a service provider to BSNL. BSNL is aware of our b u s i n e s s wh i c h wa s existing even before we s t a r t e d o p e r a t i n g datacentres for BSNL and BSNL has never raised any concerns past 10 years. I am sure you have cross- checked the same. All customers are acquired by BSNL to be hosted in the da t a c e n t r e s t ha t a r e operated by us as a service provider. The question of full order value disclosure does not arise, since we do not acquire customers for BSNL. 2. Common understanding of NMS is that it is a Network Managemen t Sys t em. Network for customer access is provided by BSNL alone. There is no question of us not providing access to a tool. However, the allegation seems to be that we are not disclosing customers hosted by us, which is not possible. Since these facilities belong to BSNL, they have 24x7 access and their personnel a l s o s i t i n t h e i r d a t a c e n t r e s . B S N L conducts periodic review o f t h e f a c i l i t i e s a n d operations. We do not and it is not possible for us to hide anything fromBSNL. 3. It is part of our contract that we will operate from our Bengaluru office. It is specified and acknowledge in our contract by BSNL providing us connectivity
