All the reports submitted by various auditors have clearly stated non- cooperation byNxtGen and suspect that theremust bemore hidden and un-billed customers for which experts need to be appointed for examination. Acting on a complaint, Central Vigilance Commission (CVC), sometimes in or around May 2023, harat Sanchar Nigam B Ltd (BSNL) manage- ment is showing its generosity towards its contractor NxtGen, which commit- ted fraud, by declaring that it has recovered the entire unreported revenue from the company by recovering Rs 1.29 crore as revenue share plus interest of Rs 21.34 lakh.
